Indonesian Police Dies during Gun Shots

VIVAnews - A police officer Adj. Second Ins. Sugiyantoro was shot to death in Bekasi, West Java, following gunshots near a staple store on Jalan Raya Mes AL Kampung Raden, Jatirangon, on Wednesday.
The incident took place as he and a colleague were on patrol duty around the area. They saw a black minibus parked in front of the store. Suspicious, both officers who rode a motorcycle, approached the car.
Out of the blue, some unidentified persons gunned down the nearing officers. Sugiyantoro fell off of the motorcycle after he got a head shot.
A spokesperson of Bekasi Police Department said the perpetrators used rifles during the attack. They were reported of running away toward Cibubur, eastern part of Jakarta.
