Adhi Karya to Share Dividend

VIVAnews - PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI)'s general meeting of shareholders agreed to share dividend by Rp 11.51 per share, 25 percent of the 2008 fiscal year's net profit of Rp 20.3 billion.

The dividend will be paid on 21 July 2009.

In 2008, the company earned net profit of Rp 81.4 billion.

The company will also allocate Rp 407.4 million for community development program and Rp 203.7 million for partnership program.
