President Jokowi Enjoys Eid al-Adha Holiday in Yogyakarta

Yogyakarta – The Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) enjoyed the Eid al-Adha 2023 holiday by visiting one of the tourist attractions in Yogyakarta, Malioboro Street on Thursday.
The people along the way were reportedly very enthusiastic in welcoming the President. Some of them shook hands and took selfies with the Head of State.
In addition to greeting the people, President Widodo was also seen handing out T-shirts along the road located in the heart of Yogyakarta.
The President also watched the performance of street buskers from the Candikustik group who performed the song "Ojo Dibandingke".
"I did not expect, busking on the street like this we are appreciated by Mr. President, the number one person in Indonesia. Thank you very much, this is special," said one of the music group's personnel.
After traveling around, greeting, and taking selfies with the people in the Malioboro area, President Jokowi returned to Agung Building, Yogyakarta Presidential Palace, to rest.
It is known that earlier, the President performed the Eid al-Adha prayer at the Yogyakarta Presidential Palace, along with his family, including his grandchildren.
