VIVAnews - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (MEDC) expects that the Rp 1.5 trillion (US$137.37 million) bond issuance can be carried out in June 2009 at the latest. The company looks for an approval from the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) by May 2009.
The company has appointed PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT AAA Sekuritas, PT Bahana Securities, and PT Kresna Securities as the underwriters.
Director of Investment Banking at Danareksa Sekuritas, Marciano Herman, said that the company will refer to the financial report of December 2008 to process the bond issuance.
Considering the maximum six-month valid period of the financial report, the bond is expected to be issued in June 2009.
