VIVAnews - Indonesian anti-graft body KPK has yet to unveil alleged corruption crime in the distribution of Rp6.7 trillion of bailout fund to Bank Century.
"Data from the House of Representatives, the Supreme Audit Agency and investigation over 160 witnesses have not assured us that corruption has been committed," said KPK Deputy Chief, Haryono Umar, in Jakarta, today, Jan 18.
Up until today, KPK still lacks two evidence required to prove whether or not there were elements of corruption in the case.
He went on to say that the unavailability of incriminating evidence may cause KPK to suspend the investigation.
