VIVAnews - Jakarta Police Department uncovered a group of armed drug dealers in the Indonesian capital and arrested four of its members. During the operation, police confiscated Rp 201 million worth of evidence.
Director of Narcotics at Jakarta Police Department, Chief. Comm. Anjan Pramuka Putra, said the fours suspects are initialed AF, 31, JNL, 37, IND, 24, and BS, 59. "We have seized 507 ecstasy pills, 20 grams of meth, and 40 pills of happy five (H5) from them," said Anjan on Thursday.
Police officers on Monday, March 21, apprehended AF and JNL right in front of a gas station in West Jakarta.
The capture led to another clue, which afterwards brought the police to pick up IND, a supplier for AF and JNL. Following the bust, police then took BS into custody.
Further investigation will be set out to disclose possible sources which make possible the distribution of the weapons and drugs.
