VIVAnews - A lawmaker of the Justice and Prosperous Party (PKS) Faction resigned today from the House of Representatives (DPR). Arifinto was photographed allegedly viewing pornographic content on his tablet during a House plenary session last Friday.
"I apologize to all PKS members, sympathizers, constituents and honorable House members," Arifinto told reporters at the DPR office on Monday.
Arifinto is a member of PKS Faction at the DPR for the period of between 2009 and 2014.
Arifinto has been in the past three days under fire for allegedly watching a porn video on his tablet during a Plenary session on Friday. He admitted that the video link was attached through an email whose sender was unknown to the House member.
"I don't know who the sender is," Arifinto told VIVAnews on Friday, April 8.
