Reconstruction Awaits President's Approval

VIVAnews - The rehabilitation and reconstruction program for victims of Mount Merapi eruptions in Yogyakarta will be set out after a Presidential Instruction is issued.

Governor of Yogyakarta, Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X said the Presidential Instruction is expected to be issued should a draft layout of housing be completed. "As soon as the Presidential Instruction is issued, the rehabilitation program will be carried out," he said.

The draft preparation is under the authority of Sleman Administration. "Hopefully, the draft is ready by late May," he said.
