VIVAnews - PT Adaro Indonesia gains US$750 million of loans from several banks. Adaro Indonesia is the subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk with 100 percent of ownership.
Adaro Energy Corporate Secretary, Devindra Ratzarwin, said the loan facilities will be used for capital expenditure, working capital and other expenses.
"The loans will fall due in 10 years following the facilities agreement," Devindra told the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The lead arrangers for the loan facilities include DBS Bank Ltd, PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFH of Singapore branch, and the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd of Jakarta branch.
