VIVAnews – GA,15, a Bogor citizen, was held captive for 11 days by a male acquaintance, TT. During captivity, the teenage girl was also raped and forced to use meth.
Jakarta Regional Police Head of Mobile Investigation Unit II, Comm. Ardianto Tedjo Baskoro, said that the victim initially met with TT on August 24, 2011 at Bogor Trade Mall. "Since then the victim had never returned to her parents' house," said Ardianto.
Knowing that her daughter was gone, the mother immediately searched for her at the homes of relatives and GA’s close friends. But the search was useless until she received a text message informing that GA was in Kampung Ambon, West Jakarta with TT.
Later on GA's mother reported the case to the Jakarta Police, suspecting her son was kidnapped.
"We immediately proceeded with the report, and finally captured TT in some rented house in Bogor," he added.
According to Ardianto, from the suspect’s testimony, it is known that TT actually likes to get acquainted with a much younger female. He pleased the victim so as to satisfy him sexually.
"The victim is expected to be willing to have sex. She was given meth that was bought in Kampung Ambon," he explained.
For 11 days of captivity, said Ardianto, AG was forced to accommodate his lust almost every day. Being under the influence of methamphetamine all the time, AG had sexual intercourse. "Almost every day she was forced for intercourse. One time could last for four hours. The victim became stressful," said Ardianto.
When found in TT’s rented house, AG was still under the effect of methamphetamine. The police immediately arrested TT and seized some items of evidence.
The suspect was charged with Article 333 of the Criminal Code on deprivation of personal freedom, facing a penalty of over 15 years in prison. "The perpetrator may also be charged with article of the Narcotics and Children’s Protection Act," he explained.
