VIVAnews – Jamaah Ansharut Tawheed (JAT) leader Abu Bakar Ba'asyir condemned the suicide bombing that took place at Bethel Injil Sepenuh Church, Solo, Central Java, Sunday, September 25, 2011.
According to Ba’asyir, suicide bombings in the name of jihad is carried out by people who do not understand religion.
"It should have not been done. In religion, it is clear that the pagans should not be disturbed. Unless there is evidence that they want to attack Islam. That is the problem," said Ba'asyir at National Police Headquarters, Jakarta, on Monday.
According to Ba'asyir, the suicide bombings in Solo and Cirebon in April 2011 are unjustifiable by Islam. The Solo bombings was carried out by a young man from Cirebon, Pino Damayanto a.k.a. Hayat.
Meanwhile, the culprit of the bombing in Cirebon Police Headquarters was M Syarief. Both were former activists of Jamaat Ansharut Tawheed Cirebon. "That act is damned, it's a sin," Ba'asyir went on.
For Ba'asyir, the act of suicide bombing on the grounds of jihad could not be justified. "There's no such thing. It's ridiculous, stupid. They did not understand religion," he said.
Ba'asyir asserted, JAT organization is completely detached from the bombings in the country. JAT is the mandate of the prophets and messengers. "So police permits are not necessary.”
The Solo bombing killed the perpetrator as the only dead victim. As many as 28 people of the church goers were injured. Two of them suffered from severe injuries. Bomb fragments had lodged in the brain of one of the victims. The other victim had severe injury as bomb fragments hit the bladder.

Menurut Direktur Bina Haji PHU Arsad Hidayat, jemaah haji diminta tidak asal membagikan informasi yang beredar di media sosial yang belum jelas kebenarannya.
