VIVAnews - Seven terrorist suspects of Abu Omar network have been apprehended by the Detachment 88 Antiterror in three different places.
"The groups supply weapons [to the terrorist network] from Philippines," said Chief of National Police Public Relations Division, Chief. Comm. Boy Rafli Amar, today.
A number of firearms were confiscated during the police raid. "So far, the antiterror squad has secured two M16, a Jungle and an FN," said Boy.
Police put the seven suspects to interrogation rooms. "We are still looking for other weapons that are likely stashed in Depok," he said.
Out of the seven suspects, police caught three in Cipondoh and Karawaci, Tangerang.
