VIVAnews - Muhammad Nazaruddin, former treasurer of Democratic Party, will be brought to his first trial on Wednesday, Nov 30, at Jakarta anti-corruption court.
Nazaruddin is subject to corruption charges on the athlete dorm project in South Sumatra. He was said as receiving gratification worth Rp3.2 billion from Marketing Director of PT DGI, Mohamad El Idris and Mindo Rosalina Manulang following the assignment of the company in the project.
Meanwhile, Deputy Head of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), M Jasin said the new suspects of the case are not yet possible to be revealed.
"Investigators are willing to look into certain issues further. So, we won't announce the new suspects yet," he said.
