VIVAnews – Chief of Indonesia's Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), Hadi Poernomo, said that the investigative auditing on Bank Century will be completed by late December 2011 .
“Insya Allah by the end of this month. It's nearly finished now,” said Hadi Poernomo, today.
In the audit report, Hadi continued, BPK has listed nine final findings on the case of which announcement had been publicly released. Today, the team is still looking into the sources and flow of funds in the case.
“There are nine final findings. We are now investigating the fund flow,” he said.
In this investigative auditing, BPK is getting through the forensic auditing on Bank Century.
BPK Deputy Head, Hasan Bisri said that the forensic auditing is categorized second-phase review. Following the first auditing, BPK has found three types of banking, public and corruption violations. On second auditing, BPK must probe into bank accounts that are seriously associated with the violations.
Hasan explained that currently BPK has filtered 20 thousand active bank accounts out of 80 million transactions.
