VIVAnews – Hundreds of security forces from the Indonesian military and police have surrounded the Kerobokan Penitentiary in Denpasar, Bali, following the ongoing unrest.

Right now, the area around the penitentiary has been sterilized. Dozens of prisoner vehicles, anti-riot vehicles and water cannons have been on the scene. Kodam IX/Udayana spokesperson, Col. Arm. Wing Handoko, said the joint forces will prepare to evacuate the inmates.
