Elon Musk Ready to Welcome Jokowi at SpaceX Next May

VIVA – The Coordinator of Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, confirm about plans to visit Indonesian President Joko Widodo to the United States on May 14th, 2022. Luhut said that Jokowi also plans to visit SpaceX and meet its founder Elon Musk.
The plan for President Jokowi's visit was conveyed by Luhut to Elon Musk when he visited GigaFactory Texas, the largest Tesla factory in the US, Monday, April 25th, 2022. The meeting was also attended by the Indonesian Ambassador to the US Rosan Roeslani, Chairman of the Advisory Council of Kadin, Anindya Novyan Bakrie, Consulate General in Houston and several Indonesian representatives in the US.
"Our discussion with Elon was very good. We want to meet again later at SpaceX, the President plans to visit him on May 14th. Elon agreed, he will accept the visit of the President (Jokowi) to SpaceX," said Luhut at GigaFactory Texas, USA.
Meanwhile, Elon Musk said that he was very enthusiastic about future cooperation with Indonesia. Elon musk will welcome  President Jokowi’s visit to SpaceX Headquarters in May.

In the one-hour meeting, Coordinating Minister, Luhut Pandjaitan said the potential of the Indonesian government to support a number of main materials for Tesla electric vehicles.
Batteries, which are one of the main components of Tesla, the main ingredients such as nickel, are many owned by Indonesia. Elon Musk looked enthusiastic to see Indonesia's potential and was very interested in the meeting.
Meanwhile, Anindya Novyan Bakrie representing Kadin, also invited Elon Musk to attend the series of G20 and B20 events which will take place in November this year in Bali. Elon Musk will also try to attend the B20 meeting which is planned to be attended by a number of world-class entrepreneurs.
