Uniquely, if people want to enter Jogan Beach, tourists must find the Siung Beach Retribution Post, a beach located next to Jogan Beach. Arriving at the post, visitors are charged an entrance fee of Rp10,000/person. From that post you still continue to walk for about 400 m again by following the directions.

Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta Diguncang Gempa, Getaran Terasa hingga Pacitan

In the dry season, the waterfalls on Jogan Beach are quite small and you can even say that they do not exist. If visitors want to enjoy the waterfall, visitors should come during the rainy season. In order to be on the shoreline that connects fresh water and sea water together, visitors must pass obstacles in two ways.

The first way is by rappelling or descending the waterfall with a rope that binds the body. The second way, directly down the slippery road from the edge of the waterfall. To minimize slipping, there is provided wood as a support handle.

At the bottom, visitors will be spoiled by two natural beauties at once, namely the expanse of the beach surrounded by beautiful cliffs with the waves crashing from the Indian Ocean and the sound of the rushing waterfall of the river.

The right time to enjoy Jogan Beach, especially if it's not before sunrise or sunset. Not only presented by two natural phenomena, visitors can even look up at the sky which emits a purplish color.
