Muslims believe in the Day of Judgment which is the last day of human judgment by Allah SWT. In Islam, there are two types of doomsdays, namely the Shughra doomsday or the minor doomsday and the kubra doomsday or the great doomsday. Doomsday shughra is death that befell humans such as illness, misfortune, and so on.

While the Kubra apocalypse is death, destruction, and the change of the universe into the afterlife. Several suras in the Quran also mention this.

“Al qoori'ah; Mal qooriah, Wa maa adraaka mal qoori'ah, Yauma yakuunun naasu kal farashil mabtsuuth, Wa ta kuunul jibalu kal 'ihnil manfuush.”

"The Day of Resurrection, what is the Day of Resurrection? And do you know what the Day of Judgment is? On that day people will be like flying moths, and the mountains will be like fluffed up feathers.” (Surah Al-Qari'ah: 1-5)

Christians believe that the Day of Judgment or the end of time will coincide with the second coming of Jesus to the world to judge the living and the dead in this world.

When Jesus was still alive, he once told His followers to be alert or be on guard at all times. About this doomsday, the Bible records several signs.

There was war everywhere (Matthew 24:6), fear and anxiety everywhere (Luke 21:25-26). The coming of the false messiah (Matthew 24:5), the Antichrist (1 John 2:18) and the birth of false prophets (Matthew 24:11). The occurrence of natural disasters and famine everywhere (Luke 21:11), the environment is getting destroyed (Revelation 11:18).

One yuga consists of four ages, namely kerta yuga, treta yuga, dwapara yuga, and kaliyuga. Therefore, to reach Maha Pralaya, one must pass 14 times of kerta yuga, 14 times of treta yuga, 14 times of dwapara yuga, and 14 times of kaliyuga. So, people can imagine how long the process of doomsday will take in Hinduism.

Based on Hinduism, humanity is heading to the apocalypse. To be precise, the world is currently in its seventh or fifth swata manu and still has to go through another seven yugas before this world ends.

The destruction of the earth because it is too hot, due to changes in the solar system. So, there is an additional sun approaching our earth, not just one more, but two, three and so on until seven, that's when the destruction of this earth will occur.

Buddhism also says that the world will be in chaos and then its teachings will be forgotten after 5.000 years.
