Yu Pingan's 2015 hack was one of the biggest he's ever done. This hack is known as the OPM (Office of Personnel Management) hack, which is information about any person or consultant who has worked for the US government over the past 50 years.
He even managed to have all the information about the CIA, the FBI undercover, and all kinds of special operators.
In 2017, a Chinese citizen named Yu Pingan was arrested for the hack. He was charged with the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and conspiracy to defraud the US.

Garry McKinnon comes from Scotland. He is the greatest military computer hacker of all time. It was said that between February 2001 and March 2002, he hacked nearly 100 NASA and US military computers.
Many said that he managed to temporarily paralyze the military and render the computers so significant for controlling parts of the armed forces completely inoperable. This action creates a big problem.
