Lake Tolire in Maluku has amazing green water. Behind its beauty, there is a unique legend. It was said that objects thrown into the lake will never touch the surface of the water. It was because of the supernatural power that’s believed to come from giant crocodile stealth measuring 10 meters.

Not only that, Lake Tolire was first called a village that was cursed because there was a father who had sex with his daughter.

3. Lake Sarangan, East Java

According to a circulating story, Lake Sarangan in Magetan, East Java was thrown by two giant dragons. The two dragons are the incarnation of a farmer husband and wife couple who used to live around the lake. If both of them are in the middle of the nest, a thick fog will appear throughout the lake area.

Lake Gunung Tujuh is located in Kerinci Regency, Jambi. Local people mention Gunung Tujuh Lake as a sacred place because visitors will not find objects that fall on the surface of the clean water.

Not only that, one of the most beautiful and mysterious lakes in Indonesia is inhabited by a mysterious creature measuring half a meter with the body partly human and the other part an orangutan. In addition, this figure has fast movements that are difficult to catch the eye.

5. Lake Kaco, Jambi

Lake Kaco is located in Lempur Village, Jambi. This lake has a refreshing air. Although this lake has small in size, the beauty of the exotic panorama of this lake cannot be doubted. This haunted lake in Indonesia holds several mysteries.

One is the depth of the lake which until now has not been known. That said, some people try to measure the depth of this lake but always fail because the oxygen cylinder used runs out before it hits the bottom of the lake.
