Harrison Ford Joins MCU as Thunderbolt Ross in Captain America 4

VIVA – Harrison Ford officially joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in Captain America: New World Order. Ford will play as the general, Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross. He replaces actor William Hurt who died early this year.
Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross first appeared in Marvel comics in 1962. He appeared as the leader of an anti-hero team called the Thunderbolts. The character Thunderbolt first appeared in a Marvel Studios film was in film The Incredible Hulk (2008).
After that, Thunderbolt appeared in several other MCU films, such as Captain America: Civil War (2016), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019), and the last one is Black Widow (2021).
In the film The Incredible Hulk, played by Edward Norton, Thunderbolt Ross is a US Army general who changes Bruce Banner's life. Whereas in the MCU films, Thunderbolt became Secretary of State who tried to limit the actions of the Avengers members in the Sokovia Accord.
