List of Indonesian Representatives at BWF World Tour Finals 2022

VIVA –The BWF World Tour Finals is an annual badminton tournament held every December. It is a place of the top eight players from each sector with the most points from BWF World Tour tournaments.
As known, until today, five Indonesian representatives have gotten a ticket to play at BWF World Tour Finals 2022. As information, this season finale tournament will be held in Guangzhou, China, on December 14 to 18, 2022. This tournament will only be participated by the top eight badminton players with the most points in five different sectors.
This is compiled in a BWF World Tour Finals (Race to Guangzhou) standings. The badminton players must collect as many points as possible from several tournaments with different levels, starting from Super 100 to Super 1000.
Exceptions are given to the five gold medalists of the Badminton World Championship. They automatically qualify for the BWF World Tour Finals as long as they are in the top 20 in the world.

Well, check the list of Indonesian representatives who qualified and ranks in the top eight of the BWF World Tour Finals:
1. Men's doubles pair, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto qualified as the first seed in the BWF World Tour Finals standings. Both have accumulated 91,870 this season.
2. Another Men's Doubles pair, Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan is in second place with 69,300 points.
3. Indonesian mixed doubles, Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari, managed to secure a ticket to the 2022 BWF World Tour Finals. The result was obtained after they stepped into the Hylo Open 2022 quarter-finals.
4. Men's singles player, Jonatan Christie is qualifying for the BWF World Tour Finals because of the positive results at the Hylo Open 2022.
5. Furthermore, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting made it to the list of BWF World Tour Finals players after winning the title at Hylo Open 2022.
