VIVA – In the football world, is not only about a match or victory that is commonly talked about. It turns out that there is the biggest scam committed by Gregorie Akcelrod. He was banned from a career as a player by his father, but a few years later he tried to try his desire.

Then, Akcelrod could not continue his passion as a footballer between the ages of 10 and 18. His father thought his son's game was not good, and it was difficult to break through to the professional level.

The highest achievement in Akcelrod's football career was playing for the amateur team Paris Saint-Germain. The fifth caste contestant in the French football pyramid commonly called the worst amateur league.

However, that did not stop him from fulfilling his dream as a professional footballer. According to the Sport Bible report, Akcelrod committed fraud by creating a fake page stating he was playing for PSG's reserve team.

In the page view, he displayed a photo on the Parc des Princes field. It was done after sneaking in. He also included a fake Curriculum Vitae.

Apply to Premier League Club

With his fake career record, Akcelrod dared to send applications to several Premier League clubs. Unmitigated, applications were submitted to Chelsea, Manchester City, and Arsenal. The three clubs gave Akcelrod a refusal. However, Arsenal is known to respond by replying with an official letter.

For Chelsea, Manchester City, and Arsenal, Akcelrod's proposal is meaningless. But, for Swindon Town, Norwich City, and Bournemouth, it's close. Along with two Scottish teams, Falkirk and Dundee United, an offer to give Akcelrod a proficiency test was made.

Almost Join the Champions League

In 2009, Akcelrod's deception almost became perfect. He initially refused to move to a club in Luxembourg. Then came an offer from the Bulgarian side CSKA Sofia. At that time the club was playing in the Champions League Qualifiers.

CSKA management offered a three-year contract with a fee of 15 thousand pounds (IDR 284 million per month).

Lucky for CSKA, when news broke that they were about to sign Akcelrod, PSG supporters reacted and exposed the falsity.

"I did a two-day trial, and the coach told my agent that he wanted to sign me. They took a photo of me in the official CSKA shirt, I signed the contract, and they published it on the club's official website the news," Akcelrod stated.

After that, Akcelrod told about the uncovering of the fraud. Initially because there was communication between CSKA supporters and PSG.

Because the news about his recruitment appeared, one CSKA supporter asked about his track record with PSG. The answer he got made a stir in Bulgarian football.

"All PSG supporters don't know me. They said I was fake, and they checked my page. CSKA fans contacted every journalist in Sofia and it was revealed that the club would sign fake players." Akcelrod said.

After it was all exposed, Akcelrod was immediately asked to pack his things. He then left Bulgaria in failure.
