Workcation means a vacation that one spends getting work done. In Indonesia, especially, most companies have seen the positive impact of work-from-home or flexible working arrangement policies, both in terms of the quality of corporate life and business performance.
This has also resulted in the emergence of the workcation trend where one works or conducts their business activities while on vacation with a departure time on Thursday or Friday and returns on the weekend.
