The Used Car Platform Caroline Opens Latest Flagship Store

VIVA – One of the leading used car platforms in Indonesia, Caroline.id continues its retail expansion by officially opening its latest flagship store on Friday.

After opening a showroom in Bekasi last month, this March, Caroline reopened her new showroom office in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten.

CEO of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk, (ASLC) Jany Candra said the opening of Caroline's flagship showroom is in line with the mission to become the leading automotive marketplace company in Indonesia.

"This business model is in addition to pursuing profit and pursuing volume, we want to continue to grow healthily, by prioritizing customer service and satisfaction," said Chandra at the opening of the flagship store in Gading Serpong, Friday.

Furthermore, he also
about the development of the used car business in the past year.

"Caroline.id's sales growth is increasing. From 2022 compared to 2021, it has reached a target of two and a half times. For this year, our target is 3-4 thousand sales," said Chandra.

Regarding used cars, the most popular so far are cars with prices under IDR 250 million.

Caroline.id also launched the 7G+ warranty program which is very beneficial for customers for every purchase of a car unit.

The 7G+ warranty is a guarantee to consumers which includes: warranty that the car has been serviced and changed oil and filters, warranty of all original documents, 1 year warranty covering the engine, transmission and brakes.

Then, there is a 1-year air conditioning and electrical warranty, a warranty free from floods and major accidents, a buyback warranty, a warranty that the engine number and frame number match the documents, and an additional warranty bonus covering suspension and steering.

As information, at the beginning of 2023,  Caroline.id has opened three new showrooms. For the latest branch located in Depok, West Java will be inaugurated in April soon.
