VIVA – Some of the Euro 2024 Qualifying matches on the first day have been completed on Friday early morning. A total of eight matches were played.
From EURO 2024 Qualifying Group C, England started with a 2-1 win over Italy at the Deigo Armando Maradona Stadium. The additional three points temporarily brought England to the top of Group C standings.
Then, there was the North Macedonia national team who managed to beat Malta with a score of 2-1.
In Group H of the EURO 2024 Qualifiers, there were three matches. The Denmark national team secured three goals when they hosted the Finland. They won with a score of 3-1.
The victory was also obtained by the Northern Ireland national team, winning two goals without reply when competing at the San Marino Team headquarters.
Meanwhile, Slovenia managed to get a 2-1 victory against the Kazakhstan national team.
In another match, Portugal was able to win with a landslide score of 4-0 over its guest, Liechtenstein. Cristiano Ronaldo's two goals ensured that Portugal topped the Group J standings. Portugal's victory was colored by Cristiano Ronaldo's success in breaking the world record.
Bosnia Herzegovina national team also managed to secure three points. They won three goals without reply when play against the Iceland national team.
Then in Slovakia vs Luxembourg match, the two teams had to end in a goalless draw.
