Hyundai Welcomes Eid Homecoming Trend: Provide Useful Programs

VIVA – PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) also joins the trend of welcoming the 2023 Eid homecoming, by providing Hyundai Siaga Temani Mudikmu program, includes Service Point 24 hours, Mobile service, and others – for travelers, and consumers who use Hyundai cars, including electric vehicles.
"We believe, it will provide comfort and peace of mind to our customers who will travel long distances to meet relatives in their hometowns," said PT HMID Head of Before Service Department Putra Samiaji at the Hyundai Iftar Media Gathering, on Tuesday.
There are Hyundai Service Points 24 hours at four strategic points along the homecoming route. This service is available both in the homecoming and return flow.
Hyundai Service Points will be located at KM 57 Rest Area Jakarta-Cikampek from April 19-25, 2023, and also at KM 207A Palikanci Rest Area from April 19-23, 2023.

Then during the return flow, Hyundai Service Points are located at Rest Area Brebes KM 260B (former sugar factory) from April 24-May 1 and Main Raya Situbondo Gas Station from April 19-25, 2023.
In addition, HMID provides Hyundai Mobile Service for the period April 19-May 1, 2023, and operates 24 hours. This Hyundai Mobile Service is available in the Jabodetabek, Cirebon, Bandung, Nagreg, Batang, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bali areas.
Then, there is Hyundai Mobile Charging which is available from April 19 to May 1, 2023, in Jabodetabek area, Cirebon, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Bali areas.
Also, Hyundai Roadside Assistance free towing service is available in Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) areas.
Furthermore, Hyundai presents the Take Me Home service, a service that delivers customers to their homecoming destination if the car is towed to an authorized workshop. This service is only valid within the warranty period from April 19 to May 1, 2023, and is only available on Java Island.
During the 2023 Eid homecoming period, Hyundai Authorized Workshops will also continue to operate from April 19 to May 1, 2023. Operating hours adjust to dealer working hours and specifically on April 22 and 23, open from 1 pm to 4.30 pm in local time.
