VIVA English – The Executive Development Program (EDP) organized by the PPM Management, is launching a new flagship program in 2023 for top management personnel (Board of Directors, Chiefs, Senior Managers) with a focus on finance.
The program, called "Finance for Executives," aims to enhance the financial knowledge of company leaders, including comprehensive strategic accounting, to support decision-making processes.

The topics covered during the 2-day program (16 effective hours) include Basic Accounting, Financial Analysis, Value Sources and Free Cash Flow, Risk, Cost of Capital, and Hurdle Rate, Decision-making: Cost-Benefit Analysis, Decision Tree, as well as decision-making analysis tools such as NPV, IRR, and PP.
