Assembly: the process of removing panels that are not repaired to avoid damage during repair.
Panel Repair: in this stage, the damaged panel is repaired using a hammer, dolly, and washer welder.
Putty: a process of caulking to smooth the surface to get maximum painting results.
Surfacer: base painting process to maintain the quality of the topcoat paint that will be used.
Combhi Booth: The final painting process in a special room to produce perfect painting results.
Drying: The process of applying heat to the paint that has been applied to speed up the drying process.
Polishing: a process to perfect the painting result.
Re-assembly: The process of reassembling the spare parts that were removed during the repair.
After all these steps, the reparation car is immediately delivered to the car owner.
