Anindya Bakrie Shares Environmentally Friendly Tips for Young People

Jakarta – President Director of Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR), Anindya Novyan Bakrie discussed the importance of environmentally friendly living for young people. He discussed this with talented Indonesian artist, Maudy Ayunda at the IdeaFest 2023 event. 

Both emphasized the importance of spreading good behavior towards the environment so that it can be an example for many people and get the attention of policy makers.

"The most impactful advocacy is through example. Everyone should not be ashamed to set a good example for the sake of environmental sustainability in the long run," Maudy Ayunda said at JCC Senayan, Jakarta, on Saturday. 

On the same occasion, Anindya Bakrie agreed that advocacy is so significant.," Your voice matters, it matters a lot."

According to Bakrie, Indonesia currently has a very large population. If the younger generation unites to do good things for the environment and socialize it through social media, then good changes will happen quickly. 

"We know, (the) population of Indonesia reaches 275 million people. It can be said that 150 million of them are young people. If we socialize together through social media, then change will happen quickly," Bakrie explained.

Moreover, Anindya Bakrie also reminded people to live a lifestyle that does not waste energy and continues to show a good example about the importance of environment protecting.
