X Rolls Out Two New Premium Subscription Plans

Jakarta – X, formerly Twitter officially has rolled out two new subscription plans on Friday such as Premium+ and Basic. This is including a Premium+ tier for users willing to pay for an ad-free experience, according to Elon Musk.Â
According to Musk, the cheapest plan, the Basic plan, offers some of the premium features found on Twitter's more expensive plans, but still comes with ads. In addition to still being inserted with ads, the Basic plan also has no blue tick verification or monetization tools for creators.
Meanwhile, the Premium Plus plan comes with a variety of premium features and no ads at all. The features are arguably the most comprehensive compared to the other packages on X Twitter. The Basic package is priced at US$3 or the equivalent of IDR 47,800 per month.

With this price, users can get post editing features, can post with a larger number of characters, cancel posts, upload videos with a longer duration, play videos in the background, and can download videos.
While the Premium Plus plan offers more features, including the features offered by the Basic plan above, then adds no ads including in the "For You" and "Following" tabs, as well as the ability to boost post replies larger than other plans.Â
The Premium Plus plan is priced at US$ 16 or the equivalent of IDR 255,000 per month.
In addition to the monthly option, users can also subscribe to the Basic and Premium+ plans with an annual subscription option. All options can be purchased by users through the X Twitter website or the app directly on their phone.Â

This package offers several features, including blue ticks, priority when replying to posts, encrypted DMs and others. This Premium package is priced at IDR 165,000 per month.
Now, with the presence of the Premium Plus and Basic packages, the total subscription packages offered by X Twittter are three, namely the Basic, Premium, and Premium Plus packages.
