Bogor – Eurokars Motor Indonesia as the Mazda Brand Holder Agent (APM) officially reopened the dealership in Bogor City which had stopped operating in 2021.
Ricky Thio as Managing Director of Mazda revealed that the purpose of reopening the Mazda Pajajaran dealer is to strengthen the network, service and try to touch more consumers in the cities of Bogor, Sukabumi and Cianjur.
"The dealer in Bogor City used to exist, in the same place but it stopped operating in 2021. This was a thorough evaluation for us. So, in the third quarter of this year, we decided to reopen a dealership in Bogor City with much better facilities and dealership design," Thio said, at the opening of the Mazda Pajajaran dealership, Bogor.

This Mazda dealer is equipped with 3S services, namely Sales, Service and Spareparts. It is also equipped with four showrooms. Then in the workshop area, there are five service bays.
Not only that, Mazda Pajajaran further pampers consumers by providing a Customer Lounge or waiting room that has been equipped with drinks and snacks, kids corner, internet access and video-on-demand facilities.
As information, currently, Mazda has 26 dealers spread across major cities in Indonesia.
Regarding operating hours, Mazda Pajajaran dealership is open from 08:30 am to 5 pm local time every Monday-Friday. Then, 08:30 am to 12:30 pm local time for Saturday. This also applies to vehicle service hours.
"For customers who may want to service vehicles outside of operating hours, they can use the Pick-up Service for a radius of 10 kilometers and free of charge," Rahmat Muharom explained as Branch Manager of Mazda Pajajaran, on the same occasion.

As information, Mazda's newest dealership is located at Jalan Raya Pajajaran No.45, Babakan, Central Bogor District, Bogor City, West Java.
Mazda Pajajaran will be a sales network that serves consumer demand in the Bogor and surrounding areas where the management of this dealer is under the auspices of Sun Motor Group.
Just like other Mazda dealers in Indonesia, consumers who buy cars at Mazda Pajajaran are entitled to MyMazda Service, which is an after-sales service in the form of a Mazda service guarantee for 3 years or 60,000 KM, whichever comes first.
