Whoosh Fast Train Adds Trips to 36 Times in a Day

Jakarta – PT KCIC has added the travel schedule to 36 trips per day, due to the high interest of people who want to use the Whoosh Fast Train.

PT KCIC Corporate Secretary, Eva Chairunisa, said that the additional number of passengers continues to occur along with the Whoosh Fast Train travel schedule that continues to be added. 

"With this addition, the average headway (distance between schedules) of the Whoosh Fast Train becomes every 51 minutes on weekends. During peak hours such as morning and afternoon to night, the headway reaches an average of every 40 minutes," Chairunisa said in a statement on Friday.

She explained, currently the average daily passenger of the Whoosh Fast Train reaches up to 18 thousand passengers. This number is increasing, along with the continued addition of Whoosh fast train trips from the previous 28-32 trips.

"Seeing the high demand of passengers, additional schedules are again carried out, especially on weekends. We see that there is a need that must be met so we finally added another travel schedule,"

As information, the latest Whoosh Fast Train travel schedule is valid since November 9, 2023. Tickets for this weekend trip can also be purchased, through the Whoosh Fast Train application which can be downloaded through the Google Play Store and App Store.


