Check Unusual Food and Beverage Rules at Indonesian U-17 World Cup

Jakarta – There are several rules for watching the U-17 World Cup 2023 in Indonesia that people need to know. One is the prohibition of bringing outside food and drinks.
This rule is listed if you have purchased an e-ticket. There are 29 rules on the ticket.
"Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited," reads rule number 20 on the ticket.
The ticket provider, Loket.com, also confirmed this.

"We can say that it's prohibited to bring food and drinks into the venue, food and beverage sales booths will be provided in the ring one area by the organizers," read a short message from Loket.com.
Spectators who are caught bringing food and drinks from outside will be confiscated by officers.
But don't worry, food and beverage booths will be provided at each venue.
For example, at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), food and beverage booths are located near each stadium entrance gate.
For drinks, FIFA does not allow any products to be sold inside the stadium. Only products from the main sponsor, the Coca-Cola group, may be sold. All food stands must also sell drinks from the Coca-Cola group.
Luckily, there is another additional rule implemented by FIFA.

Bottles of drinks purchased at the stands must be opened and handed over to the seller. As a result, spectators will have to carry their drink bottles to their seats without the caps.
The regulation for drinks to be opened and handed over the cover to the seller came from FIFA directly.
This capless water bottle rule is likely implemented by FIFA to anticipate that spectators will not throw it onto the field. Bottle caps are hard enough to injure players if thrown and hit body parts.
The food and drinks on sale vary. However, they are quite expensive.
At JIS, mineral water is priced at IDR 10,000. Then fried tofu is priced at IDR 7,000 for three pieces of tofu.
In addition, there is bread for IDR 12,000. There is also a rice package sold for IDR 50,000.
