Jakarta – KCIC (Kereta Cepat Indonesia China) Provides special ordering service by group trip passengers of Whoosh Fast Train through WhatsApp. This was revealed by KCIC Corporate Secretary, Eva Chairunissa.
"With the WhatsApp booking service, people who have plans to travel in groups such as vacations, gatherings, study tours, or other activities, will have no difficulty getting Whoosh fast train tickets," Chairunissa said in her statement, on Monday.
She said, that since Whoosh began commercial operations on October 17 to November 18, 2023, KCIC has served more than 670 group travel booking requests. Which, the total ticket sales booked on group trips reached around 54,000 seats.

The online Whoosh ticket booking that has been running so far is only valid for a maximum of five people in one booking.
So with the booking service for group travel, people who want to depart with a large number of travel participants can ensure their departure can be done by choosing seats that are close together.
By making a group booking, prospective passengers do not need to bother booking tickets using several accounts or worry about getting a seat separate from their group.
"Simply contact the Whatsapp number that has been provided, and then the officer will help the public get Whoosh Fast Train tickets for group travel," Chairunissa remarked.

Here's how to book Whoosh Fast Train tickets in groups:
1. Contact WhatsApp number 0813-4000-2920
2. Reservations can be made starting H-10 on the day of departure
3. Provide the date and route of travel. Complete with one-way or round-trip travel information
4. Provide the number and data of passengers who will travel and the desired class
5. Make payment
As information, on group bookings, the officer will help the group to be in a place close to each other. So, the moment of traveling with the Whoosh Fast Train is expected to be more memorable.
Not only that, passengers only need to make one booking for all members, making the booking process shorter and easier. Most importantly, prospective passengers prepare the required data, so that officers can quickly accommodate the desired group travel needs.

Meanwhile, independent bookings can only be made through official channels such as the Whoosh Kereta Cepat application, ticket.kcic.co.id website, Ticket Vending Machine, official counters at stations, and partner applications such as Access by KAI, Livin by Mandiri, and BRImo.
