BYD Dolphin EV Opens for Pre-booking in Indonesia Before Price Reveal

Jakarta – Chinese automotive manufacturer BYD (Build Your Dreams) officially entered the Indonesian market last week with three electric cars. Meanwhile, the three electric cars are BYD Seal, BYD Atto 3, and BYD Dolphin.
Luther Panjaitan as Head of Marketing Communication of BYD Motor Indonesia (BMI) claims that the three electric car models have been in demand by hundreds of people even though the prices have not been disclosed.
"Interest in these three electric cars has reached hundreds of people. We have also opened Pre-booking. Last night, I did a quick report, it turned out that it had reached 300 bookings," he said at PIK 2, Banten, Monday.

Unfortunately, Panjaitan did not want to provide details whether this figure was an enthusiast who had made a transaction in the form of a sign or down payment (DP).
"If I'm not mistaken, the level is at the dealership, but it should be pre-booking which is not too binding. That is, only as a form of attention," he explained.
Regarding the price, Panjaitan also did not want to divulge it.
As information, these three BYD electric cars have received a 5-star Euro NCAP certificate. Regarding energy sources, these three models move with battery energy from the blade battery innovation created and produced by BYD itself.
