Exploring Jakarta City with Honda's Electrified Vehicles

Jakarta – Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) has started the Honda e:Technology City Tour event, which was previously announced at the Indonesia International Motor Show or IIMS 2024.

In this activity, Honda invites the public to explore various interesting locations in Jakarta using Honda's electrified vehicles.

Yusak Billy, Sales & Marketing and After Sales Director of Honda Prospect Motor, stated that this activity is a form of education about Honda's electrification technology.

The Honda e:Technology City Tour is a collaboration with Jakarta Good Guide (JGG), scheduled to take place from March 9, 2024, to July 2024.

"Collaborating with a city tour adds appeal to young people who will be users of this technology in the future," Billy added.

Furthermore, Honda utilizes electric and hybrid vehicles such as the Honda e, All New Honda Accord RS e:HEV, and All New Honda CR-V RS e:HEV to take the public to various historical places in Jakarta.

Honda provides various routes to explore, such as Tjikini En Omstreken (Cikini and its surroundings), including TIM ( Ismail Marzuki Park), Sumpah Pemuda Museum, and historical culinary spots like Tjanang Ice Cream and Maison Weiner Cake Shop

Another route is the Exploration of Weltevreden and Kharisma Menteng areas.

During the journey, participants will receive interesting information about the historical places visited, as well as education on environmental issues and various environmentally friendly technologies from Honda.

"The city tour event we have organized isn't just an ordinary sightseeing trip but a tour that allows participants to appreciate Jakarta's rich cultural and historical values," Pracandha Adwitiyo, Director of Jakarta Good Guide said.

"We invite participants to explore more places with Honda's electrified vehicles together with Jakarta Good Guide," Adwitiyo added.
