Furthermore, he stated that the construction cost of the convention and exhibition center for the 38 provinces would be supported by the promotion of environmentally friendly life parks worth 3 billion Singapore dollars.
He mentioned that the convention and exhibition center would cover an area of approximately 8 hectares, with every two provinces jointly building exhibition space of 0.5 hectares.
He believes that all provinces in the country can showcase their resources, political achievements, cultures, or local characteristics, as well as regencies and cities, in the exhibition area.
"With the WFB annual conference inviting members from 40 countries, the development of the 38 provincial exhibition center in Bintan can be introduced as a business, cultural, and educational exchange hub for Indonesia and other countries in the future," Shan Shan explained.
Moreover, IBA plans to recruit senior professionals from Deloitte China's accounting office to provide consulting services for multinational companies operating in Indonesia.
They will assist in investment strategies, financing, talent, and digitalization.
"We will continue to introduce international industry experts, government officials, and academics through existing platforms," Shan Shan added.
He hopes that with the presence of the 38 provincial convention and exhibition center in Bintan, it will attract investors.
"It will enable investors, academics, and friends from all over the world to see Indonesia from that location," he concluded.Â
