Jakarta, 26 July 2024 – Millennials and Gen Z are now the dominant forces in Indonesia's property market.
Recent reports from PropTech show a 78.5% increase in property searches by millennials in the first half of 2023. This surge highlights a shift towards more practical living solutions aligned with modern lifestyles.
“Millennials are increasingly opting for apartments due to their efficiency and alignment with their lifestyles,” said M. Panji Manggala, General Manager of PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk.
In response to this trend, PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk. has launched the Emerald Bintaro Apartments, designed specifically to meet the needs of millennials.
