"The layout, the furniture, and the equipment are good and modern," he said.

According to the president, the new building is equipped with 490 beds and various modern medical facilities for maternal and child services, with a budget of IDR 389 billion.

"It is fine by us to spend the budget with this type of quality for the hospital. The responsibility to prepare the budget lies with the Health Ministry," the head of state remarked.

With such facilities in place, the president is optimistic that the Hasan Sadikin Hospital Maternal and Child Health Service Building would reduce people's dependence on health services in other countries.

"People seeking IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) treatment or sick children do not need to go to abroad like Singapore or Malaysia. Just go to Hasan Sadikin Hospital," the head of state emphasized.

The president hit a siren button and signed the inscription at the building, marking the inauguration of the RSHS Bandung Maternal and Child Health Service Building.
