Prabowo Calls for Comprehensive Security Plan for Nataru Holidays

Jakarta, VIVA – President Prabowo Subianto has called on the police to ensure proper security measures during the upcoming Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holidays.
The statement was made by President Prabowo while leading the 2024 regional police commanders' assembly at the Police Academy in Semarang, Central Java.
"Nataru is just around the corner. You will be busy and exhausted, so carry out your duties well," the head of state said on Wednesday (Dec 11).
The President emphasized that maintaining security and order within a country supports stability and fosters a conducive business climate. This, in turn, positively impacts the well-being of all Indonesian citizens.

"Security and order promote stability, which enhances the business climate. A healthy business climate attracts investment, and investment creates jobs," he remarked.
For this reason, Prabowo stressed the importance of the police’s presence and role, stating, "The nation and the people greatly need skilled police officers."
