VIVAnews - State teleco company PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. through its subsidiary PT Multimedia Nusantara (Metra) sealed a conditional shares sales and purchase agreement (CSPA) of 49 percent shares of PT Infomedia Nusantara belonging to PT Elnusa Tbk .
The signing was held in Jakarta on Friday, May 29 and was attended by Elnusa President Director Eteng Ahmad Salam and Metra President Director Alex J. Sinaga.
"We are very happy and expect that the agreement will push Telkom Group to expand faster, especially in telecommunication, information service sector, and contact center," said Telkom Vice President Public and Marketing Communications Eddy Kurnia in a press conference in Jakarta today.
For over than 20 years, Infomedia has been running a telecommunication information service. It has become the only and major player in the telecommunication and data service industry in Indonesia.
