KPK Sees Supreme Court

VIVAnews - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) visited the Supreme Court to discuss the issuance of a presidential instruction for investigating high officials who are suspected of involving in corruption cases.

The meeting was held in the Supreme Court office on Wednesday, March 4. KPK was represented by Antasari Azhar and Harifin A Tumpa spoke for the Supreme Court.

Azhar had previously stated that the permit to carry out investigation over high-ranking officials will obstruct court processes of corruption cases. This situation happens in the police department and Attorney General's Office (AGO).
