Tunas Finance Repays Bonds

VIVAnews - PT Tunas Financindo Sarana (Tunas Finance) has repaid bonds IV of B type valuing to Rp 112.03 billion (US$9.3 million) over bond's basic of Rp 100 billion (US$8.3 million).

Tunas Finance Corporate Secretary Miranti Hadisusilo said on Wednesday, March 18, in a press conference, the bonds had been repaid on 20 February 2009.

"It is in line with the repayment plan of basic and eight interest of the fourth bonds of Tunas Financindo Sarana of 2007 which fell due in 22 February 2009," he said in Jakarta. 

Meanwhile, as for the fifth bonds having A type had been paid by 26 February 2009. It was in line with the repayment plan of basic and fourth interest of the fifth bonds of Tunas Financindo Sarana of 2008 which fell due in 27 February 2009.

Tunas Finance commenced operation in consumer finance in 1989. For the time being, it is part of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, after a trade agreement of 51 share purchase belonging to Tunas Finance was signed on 6 February 2009.

Tunas Finance is ranked idA concerning bonds rate (single A; stable outlook) by PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia over the fourth bonds of 2007 and the fifth bonds of 2008 for the period of between 23 December 2008 and 1 January 2010.
