Mayapada Share Offered at Rp 100 to Rp 125

VIVAnews - The shares of PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk, organizer of Mayapada Hospital, range to between Rp 100 and Rp 125 per share.

Director of Investment at Banking Evergreen Capital, Rudy Utomo, said Sejahteraraya will put into effect its dividend policy in the 2009 fiscal year.

The book building is scheduled on April 20 to 22. Meanwhile, it is expected that the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency will make approval by April 28.

The initial public offering will be set up by between April 29 and May 1.

It is figured that the valuation of Sejahteraraya's price to earning ratio will be 40 times higher.

"The company's financial condition is quite sound because it does not have any bank loan in store," said Director of Finance of Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya, Freddy Soejandy.

Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya will offer one billion of shares having nominal value of Rp 100 per unit.

The company has assigned PT Evergreen Capital as the undertaker of the share issuance. Meanwhile, the share owners comprise PT Surya Cipta Inti Cemerlang with 99.94 percent and Windoyo Simbung with 0.06 percent.
