VIVAnews - State oil and gas company PT Pertamina implied that the government subsidize 12 Kg LPG to avoid adulterated gas.
As reported, high price disparity between 3 Kg and 12 Kg LPG has caused adulterated gas to be distributed to consumers. It is due to the fact that the government subsidize the 3 Kg LPG.
"Adulterated gas will be produced as long as the price disparity is high," said Pertamina President Director, Karen Agustiawan, today, July 30.
According to Karen, the proposal to subsidize 12 Kg LPG has been submitted to the government. However, Pertamina has yet to receive any reply on the suggestion.
