VIVAnews - The Indonesia National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) reckoned the mob attack against Ahmadi members in Cikeusik, Banten, on Sunday, had been well devised.

"We strongly believe that the attack was organized," said Komnas HAM spokesperson, Ridha Saleh, today, Feb 10.

Up until today, Komnas HAM records three crucial issues found during the on going investigation.

The first issue is that police and other security officers had been informed of future attack that would be set out against the Ahmadi members. "[They knew about it] two days earlier," said Ridha.

Komnas also found that some police officers were texted on their cellphones about the assault plan. "The culprits may have been identified by the police," said Ridha.

Police had been in the know of the number of attackers that would storm a house of Ahmadi members, but the troops on guard could not equal the riot.

In addition, he also posed another question as regards the killing scene: "Why did it happen in the area? It was obvious that the incident occurred in an isolated village.

Komnas HAM decided to question several police officials.
