VIVAnews - Molotov cocktails were used to set fire to a church in Sleman, Yogyakarta. No reason was found yet of the instant attack.
"Pastor Nico Lomboan reported that a Pentecostal Church in Sleman was subject to Molotov cocktail throwing in the wee hours at 1 am," said spokesperson of a Christian forum in Jakarta, Theo Bela on Friday.
According to Theo, some unidentified culprits threw Molotov cocktails into the church, causing glasses to break. No casualties were found from the incident.
"The church has been a target of attacks since February. Police have however arrived at the scene," said Theo.
As of last February, no church services have been conducted due to minor clashes against people living around the building. "There are indeed conflicts in Sleman," said Theo.
