VIVAnews – PT Danatama Makmur and PT Ciptadana Securities provide an online subscription for the purchase of PT Viva Media Asia Tbk’s (VIVA) shares. The online subscription is a breakthrough in initial public offering (IPO).
“Through internet people don’t need to queue to take the form, just fill it up through internet,” said PT Danatama Makmur Executive Director Vicky Ganda Saputra to VIVAnews yesterday. She said that this method is the first ever in Indonesia.
Vicky went on that the online subscription will have fixed allotment, especially for the first 200 eligible subscribers. “It is possible that you are the 1000th subscribers but only 150 people have met the requirements, so you will have a fixed allotment,” she said.
This condition is the opposite of subscription at general offer spot. Such subscription must follow the polling. “So if you subscribe for 100 lots, you may not have them all,” she said.
Online subscribe is easy. The investor only needs to access this page and fill up the form. However, before subscribing, it is better that you read the preliminary prospectus that is downloadable from the page.
After the allotment, there will be a confirmation via email. “The email will inform the amount that the investor must pay,” she said. The time of online subscription is from June 17 to June 21, 2011 at 12pm WIB (Western Indonesia Time).
PT Visi Media Asia Tbk, the holding company of ANTV, tvOne and news portal Vivanews.com, set the price of the IPO ranging from Rp260 to Rp 285 per share.
In this IPO, VIVA releases 2.29 billion new shares. In addition, the company also issued 571.5 million warrants as additional incentives for all VIVA IPO’s investors.
