VIVAnews - The stock authorities affiliated with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) will meet on March 24 in Jakarta for a seminar entitled "Capital Market Integration".
All stock authorities in ASEAN countries joining the ASEAN Capital Market Forum will be in the meeting.
"This seminar will follow through [issues from] the previous meeting held in Dec. 2008," said Head of the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) Fuad Rahmany in Jakarta on Friday, March 20.
Rahmany went on to say that the seminar will be a coordination for all stock authorities in ASEAN countries concerning capital market industry, problems they are dealing with, and preventive mechanism.
The issues will be related as well to investment managers. In addition, the meeting will also go into the fund management contract (KPD).
